Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Samsic UK. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations at Exeter Cathedral School, ensuring that the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of cleaners, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning standards are met, and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and rotas to ensure that the school is cleaned to a high standard.
- Manage and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring that they are in good working order.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that cleaning operations are aligned with the school's overall goals and objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors, responding promptly to any cleaning-related queries or concerns.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a cleaning supervisory role.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality cleaning services in a fast-paced environment.
