Job Title: Exeter Cathedral School Working Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cleaning supervisor to join our team at Exeter Cathedral School. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for ensuring the school's facilities are clean and safe for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of cleaners to ensure the school's facilities are cleaned to a high standard.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are maintained and stored properly.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure the school's facilities are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities team.
  • Work closely with the facilities team to ensure the school's facilities are safe and accessible for students and staff.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a cleaning supervisory role.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
