About the Role:
We are looking for a Support Worker to work with our 8-year-old client who has a brain injury, cerebral palsy, autism, ADHD, and challenging behaviours. The ideal candidate will be able to provide emotional support, assistance with daily living tasks, and help with managing challenging behaviours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional support and companionship to our client
- Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
- Help manage challenging behaviours and provide de-escalation techniques
- Work collaboratively with our team to provide a high-quality care and support service
Requirements:
We are looking for someone who is compassionate, caring, and able to work effectively with children and young people.
