Job Summary

We are looking for a Care Assistant to provide personal care and support to our clients in their own homes. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence, as well as supporting clients with their medication and providing companionship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Support clients with their medication and provide companionship
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a compassionate and empathetic individual with excellent communication skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to maintain confidentiality and discretion when working with clients.
