About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Operations Lead Analyst to join our Private Assets Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
\t- Investigate payment issues and collaborate with banks and Fund Operations Team.
\t - Approve new bank accounts in eFront.
\t - Assist Treasury Team in establishing/closing off bank accounts in the treasury management system.
\t - Process monthly manual payments on an ad hoc basis.
\t - Check facility mailbox on a daily basis and liaise with bank/Fund Operations Team on new loan requests, maturing loans, interest payments, repayments.
\t - Ensure all loans (new and roll-overs) are entered in the treasury management system in due time.
\t - Do weekly reconciliation covenant file and the treasury management system.
\t - Assist Treasury team in all daily administrative duties relating to bank account openings, due diligence updates requested from various banks.
\t - Assist with various reports and audits throughout the year.
\
Requirements
\t- Prior experience in a treasury function (corporate or bank).
\t - Strong analytical skills.
\t - Experience in treasury management systems.
\t - Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
\t - Proactive and independent working style.
\t - Flexibility to adapt to changing day-to-day priorities.
\t - Experience using Coupa TM5.
