About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people with eating disorders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized care and support to young people with eating disorders, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and hygiene, and provide emotional support and guidance.
  • Monitor and report any changes in a young person's condition, ensuring timely interventions and referrals as needed.
  • Participate in ward rounds, team meetings, and other relevant activities to ensure seamless care delivery.
