We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Assistant to contribute to the success of our resort at Norfolk Woods in King's Lynn, Norfolk.
This is a part-time maternity cover position, requiring 20 hours of work across 4 days, Monday to Thursday. Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of our business.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service in our Front of House team
- Taking food and drink orders and serving guests promptly and efficiently
- Assisting with clearing and resetting tables in the restaurant
- Managing accurate cash handling and stock rotation
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the bar and restaurant areas to a high standard
Requirements
We are looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
- A driving license and the ability to drive, as this will be required for resort vehicle use
