We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asbestos Surveyor & Analyst to join our team at Allium Environmental Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting asbestos surveys, sampling, and analysis to ensure the highest level of quality and integrity.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct asbestos surveys and sampling in accordance with HSG264 and HSG248 guidelines.
- Collect and analyze data using asbestos software 'Alpha Tracker'.
- Re-inspect asbestos materials in buildings and provide recommendations for removal or management.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Complete method statements and risk assessments to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the highest level of expertise.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a UKAS accredited asbestos consultancy.
- Competent in undertaking all types of asbestos surveys, including commercial, industrial, and domestic.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Hold a full clean UK driving license and be willing to work away from home if required.
- P402, P403, and P404 qualifications.
- Fully expensed company vehicle.
