Join Our Team as a Technology Service Management Apprentice

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Technology Service Management Team as an Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and colleagues.

About the Role

The Technology Service Management Apprentice will be responsible for supporting the team in the delivery of Service Excellence to our clients and colleagues. This will involve working closely with various business colleagues and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of service processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the team in delivering Service Excellence to our clients and colleagues
  • Work with business colleagues and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of service processes
  • Drive continuous improvement for processes within the team and wider across the Service Management function
  • Ensure process controls are in place through delivery of insightful analytics and MI
  • Reverse mentor the Head of Service Management
  • Understand our Code of Conduct and how it applies to your work
  • Comply with all relevant policies, including mandatory training
  • Attend meetings and support implementation of projects, BAU activities, and improvement initiatives
  • Assist in ensuring Service Management and M&G are aligned with new and evolving regulations

  • Ability to manage processes and coordinate with different people
  • Strong customer service awareness
  • Technology understanding, interest, and aptitude
  • Empathy and good listening skills
  • Efficient, proactive, structured approach to work and very well organized
  • High level of accuracy and good attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively manage day-to-day work, alongside apprenticeship qualification
  • Moderate understanding of the MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Logical and analytical approach coupled with intelligence, passion, and a drive to learn
