The Senior Finance Manager is a critical position within PingPong Payments, responsible for ensuring the financial health and stability of the company. This role requires a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and control.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
- Financial Control: Oversee and manage the company's financial accounting, including bookkeeping, reconciliation, financial reporting, and financial audit.
- Treasury Management: Supervise the company's treasury operations, including cash flow management, bank account management, and relationship management.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Financial Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, including finance analysts, accountants, and other support staff.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience, ideally within the payment services industry.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required. Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong advantage.
