The primary objective of this role is to guarantee that all technical and operational functions within the property are upheld to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities will encompass:
  • Collaborating closely with clients to ensure optimal service delivery.

  • Supervising and coordinating with designated maintenance contractors.

  • Addressing all technical challenges, including high voltage systems and emergency protocols.

  • Overseeing key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.

  • Implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes.

  • Facilitating the recruitment of new personnel as necessary.

  • Driving the professional development of team members, including conducting annual reviews.

  • Managing client relationships on a daily basis.

  • Compiling and managing all relevant reports.

  • Identifying and pursuing additional business opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and boost contract revenue.

  • Overseeing the permit management system.

Candidates for this position should possess:
  • A qualification in an engineering discipline; C&G, HNC, HND, or equivalent.

  • A robust technical engineering background.

  • Experience in leading large engineering teams.

  • Proven track record in managing extensive 24/7 operations.

  • Experience in service delivery within high-profile environments.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, across all organizational levels.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Proficiency in delivering projects within established timelines and budgets.
