Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of agile principles and the Scrum framework.
  • Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification highly preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Agile Tools: Proficient with agile tools such as Jira or similar project management systems.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field is desired but not mandatory.
