Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Develop and implement effective induction programs to ensure new employees have a positive onboarding experience.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
