We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out preventative maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical plant in commercial office buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on pumps, motors, seals, bearings, and compressors
  • Air conditioning - air handling units, fan coil units, filter changes, and cleaning
  • Reset BMS systems and monitor temperature and humidity levels
  • Ensure log books are kept up to date
  • Escort specialist subcontractors
  • Assist other engineers
  • Offer technical support

Requirements:

  • 18th Edition electrical qualification
  • City & Guilds electrical qualification (level 2 and 3)
  • Proven track record in commercial or high-end residential building maintenance
  • Understanding of commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills

Package:
