Your primary objective is to be an enthusiastic leader and brand representative within the UK's favorite coffee establishment, serving a variety of beverages while ensuring outstanding service as we enhance the experience at our rest stops.

Your responsibilities as a Supervisor:
  • Guiding your team to meet and exceed brand standards and customer service expectations

  • Engaging with Team Members to provide coaching and feedback, identifying training needs
