About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRO Lead to join our team at VML, where you will play a key role in driving business growth through data-driven decision making and user-centric design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and implementation of experimentation, personalization, and activation strategies across multiple clients, leveraging our existing frameworks and best practices.
  • Develop and prioritize test hypotheses to drive impactful optimization roadmaps, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage a team of experts, including developers, analysts, UX/UI designers, and others, to deliver high-quality experiences that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on business and technical requirements, and ensuring alignment between customer needs and technical possibilities.
  • Advise clients on the best approach to meet their needs, translating complex technical concepts into actionable solutions.
  • Ensure our optimization team has a prioritized backlog, and collaborate with clients to update on project progress and ensure alignment of optimization projects.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital optimization, with a strong track record of leading and managing complex projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to align requirements and deliverables.
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment, with strong time management and multitasking skills across multiple projects and accounts.
  • Experience with optimization platforms, such as Optimizely, Webtrends Optimize, Adobe Target, or AB Tasty.
  • Accurate and clear reporting, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with analytics tools, such as Content Square, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Working knowledge of tools, such as Bloomreach, Dynamic Yield, and other optimization platforms.
