Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Aviation Maintenance and Materials Manager to join our team at Heathrow Personnel.

About the Role:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the maintenance team, ensuring efficient and effective maintenance processes.
  • Process AOG recoveries, utilizing technical knowledge and expertise to resolve issues.
  • Utilize the AMOS system to create work packages and work orders, specifying maintenance tasks and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the maintenance team and external partners, including MROs and contractors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with MROs and contractors to ensure cost-effectiveness and smooth business operations.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on maintenance activities and progress.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding and knowledge of the airline industry, including Part-CAMO regulations.
  • Experience and qualifications in Part 66 B1 and/or B2 AML.
  • Proven experience working with aircraft systems and technical manuals.
  • Qualifications in AMP/MSG3.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, negotiate effectively, and manage staff in a professional and motivating manner.
