Area Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to oversee our operations in a designated area. This role will be responsible for driving profitability, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and working towards key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and objectives agreed upon with clients. Regular performance reviews of accounts and day-to-day resource planning will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and management of subcontractors, employees, and administrative tasks related to onboarding and processing;
  2. Ensuring team members work efficiently and adhere to health and safety protocols and customer service standards;
  3. Ensuring availability and proper storage of chemicals and equipment;
  4. Serving as the primary point of contact for Assured staff and customers within the designated area;
  5. Performing administrative duties as directed by senior management;
  6. Other duties as required.

Requirements for Success:

  1. Organizational skills with the ability to manage a team.
  2. Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff and customers.
  3. Experience working within the Garage or Rentals Division.
  4. Understanding of quality processes and health and safety protocols.

Salary will be discussed during the interview, based on experience.
