About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Sanctuary Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our residents, working closely with our clinical team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, prioritizing the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and develop strategies for improvement
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care
Requirements
  • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Experience working in a clinical setting, with a strong understanding of nursing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varied shifts and respond to changing resident needs
  • Compassion, empathy, and a genuine interest in providing high-quality patient care
