Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Clubhouse Manager in overseeing the overall operations of the clubhouse, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Supervise and train staff to provide excellent service, ensuring they are equipped to handle customer queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and staff performance.
  • Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering to maintain optimal levels and minimize waste, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized clubhouse, adhering to high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
  • Support the Clubhouse Manager in planning and executing special events and promotions, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for members and guests.
  • Address member and guest concerns, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner, and escalating where necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry, preferably within a clubhouse or hotel setting.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including ordering, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, with a flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
