Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and inspirational leader to join our team as a Deputy Home Manager at a medium-sized care provider in Paisley, Renfrewshire. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to residents, while also contributing to the overall success of our organization.

About the Role:

As a Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and services to our residents. You will work closely with the Home Manager to develop and implement care plans, manage staff rotas, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and services
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the Home Manager and other stakeholders
  • Manage staff rotas and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet the needs of residents
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Experience in a leadership or management role within a care settingStrong leadership and motivational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with others to achieve shared goalsKnowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
