About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and inspirational leader to join our team as a Deputy Nursing Home Manager. As a key member of our senior care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to residents
  • Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day management of the care home, including audits, rotas, recruitment, mentoring, and appraisals
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and support provided to residents
  • Collaborate with other members of the senior care team to ensure the smooth operation of the care home
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior care leadership role, preferably in a nursing home setting
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and support
