Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Backend Engineer to join our team and lead the development of our cutting-edge construction management platform. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the backend infrastructure of our application, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development of the backend engineering team, guiding and mentoring junior engineers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  2. Design and implement robust backend systems, leveraging your expertise in Java and JVM to create scalable and efficient solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with frontend and mobile applications.
  4. Develop and maintain high-quality database designs, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
  5. Implement a CRUD service, working closely with web and mobile engineers to define the schema and provide OpenAPI details.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. 5+ years of experience in leading projects and teams.
  2. Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
  3. Proficiency in Java or Kotlin, with experience in building web applications.
  4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
