Senior Backend Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join our team in Central London. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable backend systems, APIs, and services that meet the highest standards of performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable backend systems, APIs, and services using Python and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Contribute to all stages of the application lifecycle, from coding and debugging to integration with third-party services.
  • Implement and promote high standards in code quality, testing, and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in application development with strong Python expertise and experience in cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and additional programming languages like Java or JavaScript.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical abilities, and excellent collaboration and communication skills.
