Job Summary:

Erin Associates is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT & Systems Manager to join their technical services team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for identifying improvement areas and driving initiatives to enhance existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Support: Ensure the smooth operation of all systems, including ERP, and provide technical support to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • System Implementation: Collaborate with the team to implement new systems, including cloud technology such as AWS/Azure, and ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure that all group systems remain compliant with internal control requirements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations.
  • IT Policies and Procedures: Develop, maintain, and enforce IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with PCI DSS requirements and maintaining the highest standards of security.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, maintaining open communication and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Documentation and Procurement: Maintain accurate documentation of systems and hardware, and manage the procurement process to ensure that the organization has the necessary resources to meet its goals.
  • System Requirements and Solutions: Identify and propose solutions to meet system requirements, working closely with the team to implement and test new systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in IT systems management.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the team.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
