We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) to join our team as a Band 6 leader in the Eye Day Unit at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support the Eye Day Unit team in delivering high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement effective care plans to ensure safe and effective care for patients undergoing surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with the theatre and ward teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Support the Coordinator in the effective management of the unit, including liaison with Theatre, Recovery, and Ward areas.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with multidisciplinary teams to promote and maintain effective liaison.

Person Specification- Registered Nurse with NMC registration.
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
