Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring compliance for new hires, preparing payroll documentation, and processing health insurance applications.

  • Conducting disciplinary procedures.
  • Evaluating current policies and introducing new ones.
  • Reviewing HR metrics monthly to identify patterns such as absenteeism.
  • Assisting with performance appraisal processes.
  • Managing changes to employment contracts, including maternity leave.
  • Engaging in project initiatives, such as the implementation of new strategies.
