We are seeking a compassionate and caring Part Time Support Worker to join our team at Be Caring Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live happy and fulfilling lives within their local communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be Kind & Be Happy: Be engaging, calm, and have a can-do attitude, learning and adapting with the person you're supporting.
  • Be Involved: Be a motivator, encouraging and guiding the person you support to take small but brave steps towards learning new skills, meeting new people, and attending local community groups.
  • Be Proud: Support the person to become as independent as they can, making their own choices, decisions, and managing their finances.

What We Offer:

  • Paid induction training: classroom-based, includes shadowing and additional online modules.
  • Additional Specialist Training: provided to all new recruits - equipping you to meet the needs of the people we support and enabling you to provide a person-centred approach.
  • Training development: funded Level 3 and other accredited courses.
