Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a strategic project support role. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative, organisational, and logistical support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, agendas, and travel logistics
- Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives
- Provide administrative support, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior management, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist with project management, including coordinating tasks, setting deadlines, and tracking progress
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients
Requirements
- Minimum 5 GCSEs, or equivalent, graded A-B (6), including Maths and English
- Experience working as a PA/EA reporting directly to senior management
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work with a high level of accuracy
- Proficient across all Microsoft applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and O365
- Experience working within financial services or a related industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
