About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Orthopaedic Scrub Nurse to join our team at Greenstaff Medical. As a Scrub Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery
  • Work collaboratively with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient surgical procedures
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any concerns to the medical team
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in the operating room
Requirements
  • Valid NMC PIN and completed preceptorship for newly qualified nurses
  • 6 months of proven experience as an Orthopaedic Scrub Nurse
  • Valid right to work in the UK (Sponsorship not provided)
  • Proof of vaccinations/immunity
  • Enhanced DBS check on the update service
  • Proof of Mandatory training aligned to the Skills for Health UK CSTF standards
  • 2x Clinical References
