Relief Nursery Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Relief Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Childbase Partnership. As a Relief Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children, while also supporting the ongoing success of our company.
As a Relief Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing relief cover for team holidays, training, and other staff leave. You will work with children of all ages (0-5 years) across the nursery, and some shifts will be offered in advance, while others will become available at short notice.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and education to children of all ages (0-5 years)
- Support the ongoing success of the nursery and the company
- Work with all age groups across the nursery
- Provide relief cover for team holidays, training, and other staff leave
- Naturally nurturing, caring, and compassionate to others
- Some experience of caring for children under five, ideally in a nursery environment
- Interest in child development and how children learn
- Ability to be a positive role model to the children in their care
- Enjoy contributing within a busy, team environment
- Hourly pay rate of £11.88-£13.15 if qualified to level 3 or above
- Hourly pay rate of £11.83 if qualified to level 2
- Hourly pay rate of £11.77 if not early years qualified
