About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Contract Scotland. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from the tender phase through to the final account.

Key Responsibilities
  • Producing accurate forecasts of project costs
  • Conducting commercial reporting
  • Providing commercial assistance to operational teams and other departments as needed
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a surveying role within the civil engineering sector, ideally with a focus on water projects
  • A degree (or equivalent) in a commercial discipline
  • Knowledge of various contracts, with a particular emphasis on bespoke forms of contract
