About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Support Specialist within the Neurobiology division. This role will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage routine office administration tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Make informed decisions based on established guidelines and procedures.

Working Relationships

The Office Support Specialist will report directly to the Neurobiology Divisional Administrator. This role will also interact with Neurobiology Heads of Departments and external teams to facilitate communication and collaboration.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Possess a minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Mathematics and English, at Grade C or above.
  • Have prior administrative experience demonstrating proficiency in providing administrative support.
  • Demonstrate strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exhibit excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach to tasks, and a commitment to integrity.
  • Possess the ability to effectively interact with diverse teams and individuals.
