About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change and Performance Analyst to join our Business Improvement Team at mhs homes. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business improvement and ensuring that our services are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence reporting using Power BI to inform business decisions and drive performance improvement.
  • Work closely with the business to ensure that departments understand their data and performance, and provide regular reporting to leadership on key performance indicators.
  • Identify trends in data and feed into the design and deployment of service improvements in line with the organisation's strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Business Transformation Team to ensure that mhs homes has a deep understanding of its data and services, and can make informed decisions to drive business improvement.
