Chef Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced chef to join our team at Blue Arrow Maidstone. As a chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Sous and Head Chef with all kitchen duties, including food preparation and presentation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily food preparation and duties assigned by superiors to meet quality standards.
  • Follow instructions and recommendations from immediate superiors to complete daily tasks.
  • Coordinate daily tasks with the Sous Chef and supervise junior chefs or commis.
  • Estimate daily production needs and check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure standards are met.
  • Ensure the production, preparation, and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 Food Hygiene certification is required.
