Key Responsibilities

  • Strong knowledge and experience with Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches, and APs
  • Experienced in troubleshooting and diagnosing IT issues and providing effective resolutions
  • The ability to manage and maintain various IT and communication systems
  • Familiarity with both PC and Macs
  • Professional communications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, MCSE, or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical colleagues and clients
  • Tech-savvy and entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to constantly learn and develop IT knowledge
  • Ability to write training documents for software and hardware
  • Focused, organized, self-motivated, flexible, and dynamic nature
  • Desire to go above and beyond
  • Ability to start in role immediately/imminently
