Our extensive direct-to-store (DTS) distribution framework, consisting of 17 depots nationwide, allows us to execute over 10,400 daily deliveries of our chilled and frozen products, as well as those from third-party suppliers.
The Manton 110 site serves as a key picking depot, employing over 200 staff and operating a fleet of more than 60 vehicles, catering to major convenience retailers in the vicinity.
Shift Pattern: Any 5 from varied shift times available between 7am and 5pm (35 hours per week)
Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional assistance to customers while ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and effectiveness of service delivery by:
- Meeting customer service delivery standards to foster valuable customer engagement and maintain positive working relationships.
- Preparing, maintaining, and disseminating up-to-date reports, presentations, and other documentation in accordance with company policies and standards.
- Consistently communicating with customers and suppliers in alignment with agreed service standards and business protocols.
- Ensuring all data and reports are generated accurately and within designated timelines to fulfill customer needs.
