Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional assistance to customers while ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and effectiveness of service delivery by:

  • Meeting customer service delivery standards to foster valuable customer engagement and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Preparing, maintaining, and disseminating up-to-date reports, presentations, and other documentation in accordance with company policies and standards.
  • Consistently communicating with customers and suppliers in alignment with agreed service standards and business protocols.
  • Ensuring all data and reports are generated accurately and within designated timelines to fulfill customer needs.
