Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time, Term Time

Location: Tunbridge Wells

Salary: £89 - £95 per day

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cover Supervisor to join our team at GSL Education. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for facilitating classes in the absence of teachers, fostering a supportive and productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Classroom Management: Facilitate classes in the absence of teachers, ensuring a smooth and efficient learning experience for students.
  • Student Support: Offer guidance and assistance to students to ensure high-quality task completion and address any queries or concerns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to maintain consistent approaches and support students with diverse needs.
  • Student Well-being: Promote student well-being and nurture a caring ethos within the school community.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with students and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, adaptability, and composure in a dynamic classroom environment.
