About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service/Repair Coordinator to join our team at Score Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the processing of all service and repair jobs.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards, and work instructions.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotes and delivery schedules.
- Draft and send quotes to clients for all service and repair jobs.
- Liaise with clients to ensure effective communication and contract delivery.
- Open and manage service and repair jobs on our ERP system.
- Maintain accurate records and data for each client to support operations.
- Prepare quotes and relevant paperwork for invoicing according to company procedures.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve issues with products.
- Review and approve client purchase orders via the contract review procedure.
- Create and check supplier purchase requisitions and order acknowledgements.
- Update client status reports and ensure timely close-out of onshore and offshore operations.
- Liaise with workshop and project engineers to discuss issues and resolve them.
- Assist with the preparation of proposals and tenders as required.
- Update service and repair job records on our ERP system.
- Ensure efficient invoicing by closing out onshore and offshore operations in a timely manner.
- Attend regular internal meetings to discuss progress and resolve issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role.
