Coulter Elite Resourcing is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our client's team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting services to business owners and directors, working with a Business Development Manager to generate sales opportunities, and achieving quarterly sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Schedule sales appointments with key decision-makers to discuss services and solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads through proactive outreach and networking
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques

Requirements:

  • Outbound sales experience preferred, but not essential
  • Ability to work to strict Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Experience in a professional environment
