About the Role

Compass Associates is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Strategic Operations Director to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Manage and oversee daily operations across multiple private primary care sites, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Business Growth: Develop and implement operational strategies that support business growth and enhance service offerings.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant UK healthcare regulations and standards, including CQC requirements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate operational performance, using data-driven insights to optimise processes and improve patient outcomes.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation, ensuring the financial sustainability of the operations.
  • Clinical Collaboration: Collaborate with clinical leaders to ensure a seamless patient journey, from initial consultation through to follow-up care.
  • Innovation: Identify opportunities for innovation and service improvement, driving initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between executive leadership, clinical staff, and administrative teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
  • Representation: Represent the organisation in external meetings and with stakeholders, promoting its values and services.
