Role Overview:
In this pivotal role, the Operations Director will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of multiple private healthcare facilities. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with both clinical and non-clinical teams to enhance the patient experience, streamline processes, and uphold the highest standards of care. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the UK healthcare market, capable of driving both growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations across multiple private primary care sites, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that support business growth and enhance service offerings.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Act as a key liaison between executive leadership, clinical staff, and administrative teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
