About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Pensions Consultant to join our Defined Contribution (DC) team at Mercer (UK) Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering and promoting our DC services to a large portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a Lead Consultant on a portfolio of clients, delivering and promoting Mercer's services
  • Build new and develop existing business through maintaining relationships, networking, attending events, seminars, and being a knowledgeable expert in DC
  • Promote Mercer in the market place
  • Be responsible for Global DC management, helping clients analyze their plans both globally and locally, and optimizing plan design features
  • Clients will include corporate sponsors, trustee boards of trust-based schemes, and governance committees of contract-based schemes

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in a Defined Contributions Consultancy role (or similar)
  • Strong Governance experience
