Key Responsibilities:- Process sales orders and payments using our website and ERP software
- Create new consumer and practitioner accounts
- Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers and liaise with other teams as needed
- Process credits following the return of goods
- Refer customers to internal nutritional therapists as appropriate
- Upsell additional products to customers during calls
- Notify managers of potential issues or concerns
- Support team members and share knowledge
- Assist with user acceptance testing and other administrative duties as required
- Working knowledge of Office 365, SAP/Magento, or similar software
- Experience with live chat or similar systems
- Confident in handling challenging customer calls
- Ability to multitask and apply common sense to account management
- Good working knowledge of GDPR regulations
