Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Resourcing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for all aspects of end-to-end recruitment, from advertising to offer completion. Your focus will be on effective hiring manager engagement and exceptional candidate experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with directorates to manage all aspects of recruitment, including advertising, shortlisting, assessment, and offer completion.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and clinical leads to guide them through the recruitment process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Review recruitment literature and recommend changes to improve the candidate experience and meet KPI targets.
  • Monitor the applicant tracking system dashboard to identify bottlenecks and progress delayed clearances.
  • Ensure time-to-hire targets are met through effective process management and tracking.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months of previous end-to-end recruitment administration experience in a large, complex organization.
  • Experience with computerized and web-based HR information systems, including ESR, DBS, and NHS Jobs.
  • Basic knowledge of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and its impact on recruitment processes.
  • Understanding of Equal Opportunities, Diversity, and Inclusion principles, including their application in recruitment processes.
  • Previous experience in investigating and resolving complex payroll queries.
