The Role:


As an Institutional Client Service Manager at Fisher Investments Europe, your primary responsibility will be to ensure our clients receive exceptional service.

This role involves regular interactions (including travel across Europe for face-to-face meetings and phone communications) with institutional investors to provide updates on capital markets, pinpoint unique service opportunities, and collaborate with other relationship managers, teams within the Institutional Group, and our Investment Policy Committee and research team to fulfill client requests.

Reporting to the VP of Client Service, you will gain a deep understanding of Fisher's investment philosophy and its application across various strategies within your first year. You will refine your skills in assessing client needs, think innovatively, and learn to extract crucial information from diverse client sources.


Your Daily Responsibilities:
  • Conduct portfolio reviews for clients and associated partners
  • Educate clients on Fisher's investment philosophy, portfolio strategies, and market perspectives
  • Become the authority on your assigned clients and their investment objectives
  • Collaborate with the Institutional ESG team to facilitate client co-engagement opportunities and promote ESG initiatives
  • Anticipate and address client requests, recognizing opportunities and challenges for each client
  • Identify cross-selling and additional opportunities for Sales Relationship Managers
  • Develop tailored action plans for each client to strengthen relationships and mitigate risks

Your Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience managing relationships with institutional clients in the wealth/asset management sector
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
  • Dedicated to maintaining high-quality work while adhering to self-imposed deadlines
  • Ability to engage with a diverse range of audiences via phone, email, and in-person, valuing collaboration
  • Desire to deepen and sustain knowledge of financial markets, ESG, Fisher's investment philosophy, and institutional investment strategies
  • Willingness to travel
