Senior Associate Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate Director to join our team at BNP Paribas Real Estate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering sales of residential property in the Edinburgh and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver individual and team revenue against set targets through the sale of residential properties in the Edinburgh area.
- Develop relationships and work closely with clients to secure future instructions and business.
- Sourcing, pitching for, and securing new business through developing relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, both face-to-face and remotely.
- Meet with clients to provide tailored services and progress sales to completion.
- Provide informed advice and expertise to clients and colleagues.
- Maintain a network of internal and external contacts to gain information on relevant markets and new business opportunities.
- Demonstrate a successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrate in-depth local knowledge of Edinburgh and the surrounding area.
- Possess excellent negotiating skills and rapport-building skills.
- Have experience of leading pitches and securing new business.
- Demonstrate a full understanding of the residential sales process.
- Have a full understanding of relevant regulations and AML/KYC procedures.
- Be capable of building and maintaining good relationships with team members, colleagues, clients, and agents.
- Exhibit commitment to high standards and providing a quality service.
- Be able to show a track record of converting market appraisals to sales revenue.
- Possess a composed manner and ability to work under pressure.
- Have strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Exhibit excellent planning, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Demonstrate excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Possess the ability to work well as part of a team and self-motivate.
- Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Must hold a full, valid driving license.
