Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a leading food manufacturing company in Central England. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing complex machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal plant performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service, adjust, and repair machinery and equipment using the necessary tools in a safe and proper manner.
  • Examine machinery and equipment and report on condition, performance, and plan of action for improvements.
  • Carry out Planned and preventative maintenance to agreed schedules.
  • Share good ideas to form mini projects to improve plant performance, including machinery modifications.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • ONC - Multi-skilled Engineering.
  • Level 3 NVQ Diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering or maintenance or similar manufacturing.
  • HND or HNC diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Or equivalent of any of the above in electrical or mechanical fields, preferably with a manufacturing background.
  • Experience in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage, or chemicals is most welcome.
