Key Responsibilities:

As a Supervisor, you will collaborate with the Maintenance team to ensure effective planning and health and safety compliance for various projects, including reactive and routine works. Your role will encompass:

  • Strategic planning and execution of work programs, ensuring alignment with company and contractual KPIs while striving for continuous improvement.
  • Overseeing change management on-site, prioritizing health and safety to achieve zero accidents and environmental incidents.
  • Conducting thorough safety inspections of all operations, working closely with the Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor to promote best practices across the contract.
  • Facilitating the career development of site teams by verifying training qualifications and competency requirements.
  • Ensuring adherence to CDM regulations and promoting environmental best practices throughout all projects.

Candidate Profile:

This Supervisor role is ideal for individuals who:

  • Possess SMSTS or SSSTS/NRSWA certifications, along with a valid LGV driving license and City and Guilds 6159.
  • Exhibit strong leadership qualities, with prior experience managing high-profile contracts in highways or traffic management.
  • Have a solid understanding of fleet management and O Licence compliance.
