Job Summary:
Ethero is seeking a highly motivated and organized Production Operative to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain manufacturing equipment and assets to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with site instructions and regulations.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the production area, including equipment and adjacent buildings.
Requirements:
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and adaptability skills.
- Reliable transportation required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate for morning and afternoon shifts.
- Overtime pay after 38 hours.
- Paid breaks and catering on site.
- Free car parking and complimentary tea and coffee.
Work Schedule:
- Morning shift: Monday to Thursday, 06:15 - 15:00, with paid breaks.
- Afternoon shift: Monday to Thursday, 14:45 - 00:30, with 2 paid breaks.
Commutable Areas:
- Ashbourne, Derby, Belper, Matlock, Buxton.
